the night before i went balik kampung kat Muar. there was this family thingy. so today(rabu) we went to the sessions court. my dad invited me to come along just so i can see how the court procedure works, well i did learn all those stuff but admittedly, i dont really see how it goes. yela.. blaja dari buku..my imagination cudnt build up that much la kot.
then there was this valuable thing called experience.
huhu felt so lucky la i followed to the court today. there were like 4 main accused, 2 of them were charged for rape. the first guy was only 19, for God's sake! and the charge read the victim was 14. so i assumed they were consentedly doing the sex thing but then he was charged for rape coz the girl is underage. how unfair kan?! and the saddest thing was, he wasnt represented by any lawyers and he pleaded guilty to all the charges against him. when my dad asked him, he said he lives with his mum je and even his mum doesnt even know he's got caught and being tried and all. he said he's just accepting the takdir. huhu sgt kesian bile tgk muke die. so innocent. (still, innocent2 camtu pun pandai plak buat 'keje' kat ladang kelapa sawit. cis.) the maximum punishment he's gonna get is 20yrs penjara dan berape sebatan tah tak ingat. tp imagine if court gvs him the maximum, pehh die kuar penjara by the time he's almost 40 already. gile la how wasted his youth can be! huhu so the lesson is, sile la jangan buat jahat dan sile la pandai cari lawyer.
haa there was this another person charged for rape too. but the charge reads 'merogol ***** bt **** dengan 13 lagi yang lain yg masih terlepas di kawasan perkuburan cina' GILE ape rogol beramai2?! huuu takut nye la nak handle crminal cases ni. ha this accused person ni muke mmg mude habis..i think his age around 19-20, and his face is so rempit.huhu. he however claimed for trial. so its not my place to decide whether he's guilty or the other way round. yg ni kesian jugak because he was bailed with the dad as the penjamin (already i forgot wats the term..bailor ke? huhu need to study sum more la it seems). this rempit looking guy came with his parents..kesian je tgk mak bapak (ceh tp the mak looks so bergaye sakan..huhu okey la positive thnkg: maybe shes going sumwhere afterwards..hehe).
and i got to meet up with the lawyer in charge too. the one i met nih hes also a uia grads. named idris. so cool la die looks like he knows evrything - well of course la lawyers ARE supposed to know evrything kan.but i like how he maintained the situation..cam rilek2 je kan. and yeah of course i love wat he has that i lack so much - confidence. his convincing face camtuh and his courage too. imagine there are currently only 2 malays handling criminal cases in Muar, this idris guy, and another person who was previously his boss. so mcm agak gempak la kan. he said not many ppl wants to do criminal, tak ramai yg berani.byk yg takot je. that describes me i guess.huhu.and this idris lawyer ni quite young jugak nampaknye.. i think he's around 34 camtuh. mude la tuh kan.muda2 dah terer, bagus btol.
ohh as promised, im gonna put up the pic of atikah's newborn named Zulaikha (not sure if there is Wan Nur depan name die).
huhu mase ni Zulaikha baru nak cuba2 membuka mata. dan mate die tersangatla sepett.hihi sgt comelss ;))
