as usual, am too fascinated with weird or extraordinary animals news, that i had to blog about it, haha.

more or less bout a british biologist who succeed , with the help of 13 other men, to land a giant stingray. read more here.



omigod, isnt she HUGE?? phew serammm..
yeaps, its a she, and pregnant too! takut kan... she was very2 resistant when Ian first hooked her (duh).

some excerpt--

'It buried itself on the bottom. I tried with every ounce of power but it just would not budge. After half an hour my arms began shaking and after an hour my legs went.

Once the stingray was off the bottom, it was relatively easy to lift it 30ft to the surface, said Mr Welch, 45.

Eventually the group towed the ray to the bank, put it in a paddling pool, tagged it and took DNA, before releasing it.

The giant freshwater ray is listed as a vulnerable species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.

i always have this eerie feeling bout this ikan pari. i think its a very emotional creature (from the pic above we can see that she 's like berkerut already .pehh seram) . theyre like cute, but very mysterious and yet dangerous in their own way.

the peak? was when i was speaking over the phone with a senior, asking pasal P.A la, Trust Deed lah, suddenly i was telling her documents bla3, suddenly i was in the state of half awake, half dreaming, saying something unintelligible, i cudnt even make out wat i was saying about, and wat i was supposed to say. how embarassing OKEHH!! hahaha. sungguh la watever double loser kan. hahaha. so i just stop saying watever i was saying, and said , "eh jap. kite blur. tgh ckp pasal ape ye td," pastu sebbaik sempat ingat tengah cite pasal ape..huhu the senior tu pun mcm terdiam pastu follow je la watever i was leading her to..huhu suddenly she had to take another call, and we ended the conversation abruptly. saya sangat malu.huhuhuhu

- erm.. not much, saturday - attended the ptd exam. haha was hillarious (at least i could laugh to that) i was hentam-ing like fun ;p. sunday. well i cud say yesterday was very my kind of sunday. i was lazying around reading a book comfortably on the sofa at the lounge (ape org panggil ruang tamu ah?) , with the sun lighting my reading from tepi tingkap. wau. enough heavenly for me :) havent had that in a long time..huhu .but if only i dont hv the constant worry about the work i brought home that kinda need urgent attention....then it wud be THE perfect sunday.

definitely no sleeping for me tonite. as much as im very tempted to update this blog, with uswah's tag n wats been keeping me lately, i have to oblige to one sole purpose of my staying up tonite- well the reason was always the same- i have a dateline tomorrow (not trying to sound as an author or editor or anything, but seriously) . and all this becoz of the very same reason as before(s), i am a last minute person - to the core. seriously. so yeah, i made a bet to myself (that im gonna win. at least i wish n certainly hope so.. so its not really a bet, rite. when ure so sure ure gonna win it.err ok). if i can finish the work, then i'll do the tag, and the updates. yeay some motivation finally. i'm thankful that im not sleepy rite now. i bet the ali cafe has started kicking in. and ive lavished myself the whole day, reading (eclipse (again) and followed with breaking dawn (again) ) and fell asleep in between well- just relaxing. sooo very my kind of sunday. yeay i do luv sundays . yeay alhamdulillah. ok work. back to work.

there has been quite a lot of deaths recently..

My deepest condolonce to Dalila, her mum just passed away on last Saturday, 2.30++am . she died in result of having high blood pressure. hm according to jalila, its somewhat like stroke. and its good to hear that she collapsed while she was taking her wudhu' for Maghrib prayers. and she was in comma afterwards, until she breath her last breath around 230++am. some ppl are so easy to go..

lots of ppl attended her funeral, solat jenazah.. she was a school teacher and had been teaching in Al-Amin and subsequently IIC where she was one of the backbone in forming the IIC which was eventually jadi sekolah ADNI pulak.. i guess being a school teacher must be a really2 berkat & honorable profession. her funeral was attended by many of her students and the parents. i am without words to describe her contributions, cuz i know mmg banyak sgt and countless. towards the students, parents, and to the public at large; for the good products she managed to give to the world.

Dalila was onehelluva girl. i can never be that strong , if i were in her shoes (pls no). her father passed away only like 3 years ago, of SLE, and now her mother had gone to see the husband. but i know she will survive as she always does. strong girls always do. rite?

i am deeply touched by the above do'a / hadith i quoted earlier. sometimes we are so ignorant that we usually dont realize that death (and even life) , both are BIG reminder from Allah. just pray that moga2 we will always be on the right path , and not easily misguided by this fascinating but rather brief and fake worldly affairs.

haa yes. after my father's friend's daughter. arab katenye. my dad said the girl was so cute (arab kot~) and he & my mam found the name was unique and best. so maybe they were hoping for me to be cute as well kot.hahaha. not much for the cuteness la actually. but my pama said the name was like very blessing kot. amin kan je lah ek. hmm yesterday went to jalila's. she just grad from med school so she said mata berdenyut ni takde ape nak risau, one of the reason sbb one of kite punye organ (apentah) stop producing (apentah). haha im not one to hafal all the meds term obviously! haha. stil, its very annoying for denyutan2 mata nih.

february

wow, lately there's been lotsa monday holidays, which makes myself manja already, working only 4 days a week and 3 days (phew~) pun ada! (last two weeks) . heee bliss okay :))

lots hv been going on in my weekends. the last weekend and the weekend before. ive been wanting to post some pictures on both prev weekends, but to no avail. looks like i tend to be busier at home rather than office (?!!) haha. and all the pics are at home. i'll try to find some time to post the pics in here. well just so u readers (as if any! :p) tak menyampah, i post the pics specifically for my own personal purpose. to make the memories more clearer, perhaps. so that in future i can glance thru watever have i been doing all this while. hehe. lately ive learnt that pictures keep the memories more...alive? well i guess so. so if u readers (again, if any) not comfortable in viewing my self-absorbed pics, as usual, divert away okay :p. haha
