so wat d hel did i do on the wat..4 days gap? letsee..
1- bangun pagi2..bukak buku..tertido
2- terbangun semula..attempt on other subjects pulak.. then dozed off
3- bangun lagi..eh? dah tengahari..makan jap.. zohor.. baring2 atas sejadah.. zzZZzz
4- alarm rang off...wat? kol 430? solat asar kol 5 la..
5- huh? 6? k solat asar. then shower. then..magreb
6- 8pm- okey tonite i cant sleep nmore.ive slept enuff the entire day. so bukak la buku..
7- 10pm -ishh tak masuk ape bace..tade mood ah..wat assignment lah
8- ahh susah nye asgmt nih! tido la kejap (12+) bangun la tgh malam sambung
9- harapan...esoknye bangun 630.subuh-
10- ulang balik ke nombor satu.
that explains huh?
well good thing is..these last few days i managed to solat subuh agak on time le juge. kadang2 tu siap tunggu azan subuh! (serious tak tipu!) honestly its so hard for me to do so. so ade la jugak moments im applauding to myself (weehee ^^ ) and duh~ im reaching 23 la kot this yr...its time to change la alak oits. age's coming to dusk old ppl say (umur dah makin senja).
cakap pasal nikmat, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) said there are 2 nikmats ppl always forget:
1- nikmat lapang
2- nikmat sihat
nikmat lapang selalu disalahgunakan. (example: refer above.) iyelah, got free time,, lepaking around.. then half an hour before exam, sebok la dok ckp, ish tak cukup mase la nak stadi. hehe biase la tu kan..
nikmat sihat pun sama. the one thing we can maintain this one is to control ur diet. bukan la maksudnye nak kene berdiet aje. haha ppl like me nak diet ke? outta ur mind or wat.. tinggal tulang je la karang. ha ni sbenanye jage makan. bukan diet cam diet nak kurus tu..takde makne de.. so refresh balik; mase usrah aritu kak anfal quoted something like : wat we eat for the first half of our lives guarantees the 2nd half of kehidupan kite. oh ye, one thing to highlight, guys, breakfast is really222 important. and breakfast here connotes eating before 10am ye kawan2,, brunch2 or wat nots tak dikire sebagai brekfes. so wats up with brekfes kan..ape yg penting sgt nye? well according to puan anfal kite, the breakfast that we take tu, will burn our fat to be the energy for the rest of the day. so penting la kan rupenye breakfast nih!
so thats all peeps. sbenanye bengang nye sbb ni post aritu i saved it, and i was thinking of deleting it. so ive typed another post satgi tibe2 post tu ilang (damn.) so i guess i just post je this one :( . but as long as ade pun jadi la ek.. hehe. we'll see kalo rajin i put up another new post!
